Creating a Healthier Macomb (CHM) is a county-wide independent effort to improve health and quality of life in Macomb County. All facets of the community have come together in a spirit of good will and the belief that we can, through collaboration, further enhance all our county is doing to secure an even better future for ourselves and our children. We are drawing upon old-fashioned grassroots problem solving and the latest on-line technology to unite people, resources, organizations, and efforts.
